Max Maxfield is an Australian musician, illustrator and artist. She has always seen these art forms as highly inter connected. For her, one cannot exist without the other. Often while writing a song, she will then get the inspiration to begin a painting. Thus producing 2 artistic versions of the one emotional experience.

This year sees an exciting stage in Max’s career.  With the publishing of her first illustrated children’s book “lucky baby yak” , a release of a second cd (this time with electronic artist/producer,  Isnod.
Its titled Max and Isnod - Bedroom Demos.  And her first solo painting exhibition at Brunswick St Gallery in Melbourne.
